The theme determines the functionality and design of your project. Only administrators have permission to create new themes.

If you need to create a new theme, but do not have permission to do so, contact your administrator. Alternatively, if the changes you require are purely design related, you can create a new variant of an existing theme. Variants maintain all the theme's original functionality while allowing authors to choose their own colors and fonts. See the article Create a Variant for more information.


  1. From the Application menu, select Organization.
  2. From the Organization sublist, click Theme Browser. The Theme Browser will open.
  3. From the bottom of the browser, select the New button.
  4. You will be prompted to select a player experience, choose one and click OK.
  5. The Theme Designer will open to the Styles page where you may adjust colors and fonts for each section by clicking the Edit icon in front of the section name.
    Note: Click out of an input field after making a selection and moments later the sample will display your new selection.
  6. Once you are happy with your Style settings, click Next to proceed to the Player page.
  7. Here you determine the navigation settings. Click the Edit icon next to the section header to edit the options for the Player.
  8. Once you are happy with your settings, click Done.

  9. Assign your new theme a Title, Sub Title and Description.

  10. Click Save.
