What does it mean when I see the option to synchronize dimensions for images in the media library?

In November of 2020, we changed the way we handle the upload of larger images. Prior to this date, some large images that were uploaded (without using the High Res Upload option) which are automatically resized may experience some position shifting of elements layered over the image in Flow projects. If you experience this issue, locate the image in the media library and select Actions. If the image fits the criteria, you may see the option Synchronize Dimensions. Selecting the Synchronize Dimensions option should ensure that the image is using the correct dimensions and resolve the shifting of position for your elements on elements. Please contact support if you require further assistance.

Note that this option should not appear or be required on any file upload after November 2020.
