You’re likely already using it, so here are three tips that could help you make your reviews go even better.
Need to share all the Reviewer Notes with your SMEs or want to store a list of the notes outside the Platform?
You can export all of a content project’s Reviewer Notes at any time as either an Excel file or a text document.
Here’s how to do that:
Use the Full Screen button to view this lesson in a modal window.
Click here to view the Guide version of these steps.
Is a complete list of all Reviewer Notes more than you need?
Well, you can also select a list of Reviewer Notes to send to Reviewers and other Authors and Admins from within the Platform.
Here’s how to do that:
Use the Full Screen button to view this lesson in a modal window.

When you resolve a Reviewer Note, the panel includes a checkbox to Send Notification:
In general, use this option selectively. Sending a notification every time you resolve a Reviewer Note might make you a little unpopular with your reviewers, who will receive a lot of extra email messages to sort through!
But this option is a great way to let a reviewer know you’re waiting for information on the note, for example. Maybe the reviewer said an image needs to be updated and they’ll provide a replacement. Set the Status drop down list to Waiting for Info and check the Send Notification box. When you hit Update, the reviewer will get an email notifying them of the status change, a reminder they need to provide you with more information.
Or maybe you added information to the Resolution: field explaining how an issue was resolved a bit differently than the Reviewer expected. You can send a notification email that contains those details so the reviewer is in the loop.
The Reviewer Notes feature is one of the most powerful collaboration tools in the dominKnow Platform and it gets put to great use every day.
We hope these tips help you get even more value out of the feature!
