Winter 2025 Feature Release Update 1 (7.4.4.7 / 7.4.5.2)
New Introduction Master Pages, shared Master Pages, new features for improved pre-testing, plus deleting languages from multiple-language packages

New Introduction Master Pages for Projects and Modules
The new Project and Module Introduction master pages let you easily provide learners with important information at the start of a Project or the start of each Module.
These Introduction pages are available in our Master Pages options.
They are not shown in the Project Outline.
They are shown to learners in a Lightbox over the main Project interface as soon as they start the Project or a Module.

New Action to Take (Launch) a Pre-Test
If you are using an Introduction page to provide information about a pre-test, you can add a button on the Introduction to launch the pretest from the Introduction.
This done with a new Take Module Pre-test action.
This is available on Functions list when setting up a Player Control action.

New Publishing Profiles for Better Control Over Pre-Testing
Two new Publishing Profile settings give authors new controls over pre-tests.
A new setting controls whether the Learner will be shown dominKnow | ONE's default pre-test prompt dialog box. If you are using a Project or Model Introduction page to provide information about the pre-test, then you'll typically turn this setting off as the default dialog box will not be needed.
Also, a new setting allows you to close the pretest up if the learner cannot achieve a passing score. For example, if the passing score is 80 and the pretest has 10 questions, once the learner has failed two questions they will be taken immediately to the test endscreen where they can transition into the learning content. This feature can help reduce the time learners spend completing a pre-test that they cannot pass.

New Pre-Test Passing Mark (Score) Setting
You can now set different passing marks/scores for pre-tests and post-tests.
A use case for this is for Projects where the learner can test out of the course content if they pass the pre-test.
This allows you to have a pre-test passing score of 100% to ensure the learner fully demonstrates knowledge or understanding before being marked complete on the content.
You can then have a lower passing score of 80% if they need to take the content and post-test.
The settings for Pre- and Post-Test Passing Mark are available on the Module Properties panel.
If you have more than one module you'll need to set these for each module.

Shareable Master Pages
Master Pages can now be shared across Projects.
This means you can create a Master Page once and share it in as many Projects as needed and as you make changes or edits over time the changes will be synchronized across all Projects where it is being used.
This share option applies to all Master Pages:
- Primary and Alternate Headers and Footers
- Project and Module Summaries and Certificates
- Project and Module Introductions
When you create a Master Page, you can choose the From Project option to browse to the Project that has the Master Page you want to share. When you Insert the master page you can choose to either Duplicate or Share the Master Page.
Just like shared Learning Objects in a Project outline, shared Master Pages show a "connected" icon to indicate their shared status.

Deleting Languages from a Multiple Languages Project
You can now delete a Language that's been added to a Project using our multiple languages in one Project translation feature.
To delete a language when you have the Project open:
- Select the Translation menu (1) on the Home tab
- Select List Translations (2)
