Working with Multi Select Mode on a Claro Page

On a Claro page, selecting an element then holding your Shift key allows you to select additional elements. 

You can also hold Shift and select multiple elements on the Page Layers tab to the left of the Stage.

The selected elements will now show a check mark in the upper right corner.

When you have multiple elements selected this way, you can:

• move them around on the page together by dragging and dropping
• delete them all at once

The Page also switches to Multi Select mode. 

Above the Stage three sets of options are now available for alignment, distribution and matching.

Alignment

• Align left - aligns all elements to the left edge of the left-most element
• Align center - aligns the center of all elements
• Align right - aligns all elements to the right edge of the right-most element
• Align top - aligns all elements to the top edge of the top-most element
• Align middle - aligns the middle of all elements
• Align bottom - aligns all elements to the bottom edge of the bottom-most element

Distribution:

• Distribute horizontally – when three or more elements are selected, arranges the elements with equal horizontal spacing between the left- and right-most elements 
• Distribute vertically - when three or more elements are selected, arranges the elements with equal vertical spacing between the top- and bottom-most elements
• Pack horizontally – arranges the selected elements without horizontal space between them 
• Pack vertically – arranges the selected elements without veretical space between them 

Matching:

• Match smallest width – sets the width of all selected elements to match the smallest-width element
• Match smallest height - sets the height of all selected elements to match the smallest-height element
• Match largest width - sets the width of all selected elements to match the largest-width element
• Match largest height - sets the height of all selected elements to match the largest-height element
