Scored assessments - Is it possible to configure an assessment to send an xAPI answered verb with results for each question?

No need to do anything special. dominKnow | ONE tracks this information by default and sends complete results.

NOTE: if you set up an LRS endpoint then you will get more robust data on test questions.

Practice assessments - Is it possible to configure practice/knowledge checks to send an xAPI answered verb with results for each question?

Practice questions are sent when you set up the LRS end-point and send xAPI data through the endpoint. Once that is done, no need to do anything special. dominKnow | ONE tracks this information by default and sends complete results, just like test questions.

NOTE: A CMI5 or xAPI package alone without the LRS endpoint won't send this information.

Are statements batched at the end of the assessment and sent at once?
 

Statements are sent when the action occurs. For questions, when a question is submitted, the statement is sent to the analytics target. There are no "roll-ups".

Hi, I have a form on the first page of my course to capture learner data (name, email etc). I'd like the "Submit" button on the page to send the data as an XAPI statement to my LRS so I can record that the user has accessed the course.
