Steps to assign users to a Collection.
You can assign Teams or individual users as Authors or Reviewers.
This lesson shows the steps to assign a Team as Authors for the Collection.
To assign Reviewers or individual users, the steps are largely the same.
00:00 With the Collection selected, select Assign Authors on the Details panel to the right.
00:04 The Assign Authors panel will open.
You can assign Teams or individual users. Select +Add Teams.
00:08 On the Add Teams panel, select the list field to view available Teams.
00:12 Select the Team.
00:16 Select Ok.
00:20 The selected Team is now listed under the Teams area of the Assign Authors panel. Select Ok.
00:24 On the Manage Collections panel, the avatars of the team members are now shown as Authors on the Details tab.
