00:00  Select Insights.
00:04  In the fourth column, select Attach Resources.
00:08  On the Course Resource Manager panel, select Add Resource.
00:12  If the file is not already uploaded, choose Upload.

Select From Library.

00:16  In the Media Library, select the file.
00:20  Select Add.
00:24  The file is now listed on the Course Resource Manager.

Select Close.

00:28  The file is now listed in the Project Resources on the Insights. 

In Projects using a theme that supports the feature, the file will be included in the Resources list available under the navigation bar menu.

Upload resource? Add resource link to text?

I'm trying to 1.) upload a PDF resource, and 2.) add a link to that resource in a richtext box. I keep trying to upload the PDF, but it won't appear in my project's assets, even in the same dialog I'm using to upload it. It's like it's just ignoring the PDF. But even if I could get that to work, I can't find any information about how to add a text link to document resources. Is that explained anywhere?
