Changing the text in the Title and Subtitle fields

Is there a way to change the title of a quiz question? When a question is inserted, the heading is, for example, "Multiple Choice". As it is quite apparent to the learner that it is multiple choice, I would like to change the title. When I do change it, it always reverts back to the default title. Can it be changed?

When I change the title text to white using the editor for all device sizes, why does it keep changing to grey for Mobile only? How can I fix this?

Editing text in a text element is almost exactly the same in Flow and Claro.

In both modes you double-click on the text element to be able to enter. When you're finished your edits you select either another element or a blank area of the page to leave the text element. At that point the changes you made will be saved.

In this example we change the default text in two elements previously added to the Flow page by adding a Section.
