Steps to export a translation file from the Home tab to use for adding additional language translations to a single project.
00:00 On the Home tab select Translate.

Click into the Select Languages field.
00:12 You can type in the Select Languages field to start a search or scroll down the languages list.

00:16 Spanish is now shown as selected. You can select more languages to export them all at once.
In the File Format options you can choose Excel or XML. We'll leave the setting as Excel. You can choose whether you want the exported file to include Glossary items, Page Notes, Page Transcripts, Page Preview Links (Excel export only) and Authoring Metadata.
Selecting Export will begin the export process. When the export process is completed, the file will automatically download and you should receive a notice from your web browser. If you are exporting for more than one language the download will be a ZIP file with separate files for each language.
