00:00 After logging in, click on X on the Splash page to close the Splash page.
00:04 Select the Application Menu.
00:08 Select Publish
00:12 Scroll down to the bottom of the menu
00:16 Select Targets
00:20 Select New Target
00:24 Click on the Name field and enter the desired name of your PENS target. This is the name that will appear in your drop down.
00:28 For Type, select PENS from the drop down menu
00:32 Click on URL and enter your PENS end point
For example http://yourcompanylmsurl.com/scormEngine/ScormEngineInterface/PENS.aspx. If unsure check with your LMS provider
00:36 Select check box: Default if you wish this to be the default choice when publishing.
00:40 Click on User ID
Enter the correct ID to send data to the LMS and then enter the corresponding password.
00:44 Click on Password
Enter the correct password for the User ID/Secret you have entered.
00:48 Press button: Create
This will save the PENS target
00:52 Click on X
This will close the Targets setup screen.
00:56 Select Open
This will open the browse menu so you can then locate the course you wish to publish
01:00 Single click on your desired course.
If you need to edit this project, double click to open and edit the project.

01:08 Select Publish
01:12 Select Download LMS Package
If you ou are using our Dynamic Publishing option, select Convey Dynamic Publishing.
01:16 Select Add New Publish
If this is your first time publishing the course, then you will not see this screen until you attempt republish the project or publish a new version.
01:20 Select Standard
Fromthe the menu pick the appropriate eLearning standard for your LMS.
01:24 Select My Favorite LMS
If you selected "Default" when you added the target this will be automatically preselected.
01:28 Click on Publish
Once the publish has been completed, the course will automatically be sent to your LMS. You will receive a message that it was successful, unless there was an error in setup or communication with the LMS.
