Set your project to use a different Theme (Change Theme)

Administrators can create new custom Themes from any of the default Player Experiences.

The custom theme can easily reflect any organization's branding, such as look and feel.

I was told during the demo we could create themes that can be applied to projects, but I can only see pre-made themes. Where can I create a theme for my company to use? 
 

The theme determines the functionality and design of your project. Only administrators have permission to create new themes. If you need to create a new theme, but do not have permission to do so, contact your administrator. I would like my heading (H1) to be a different color than the normal text on the page, but still auto-change based on the background. 
In the Theme Designer, I can go under Colors -> Page and modify the foreground, but this changes both the heading text and the body text. 
I have also tried adding css (example css below) to change the color of H1. This works, but it is stuck this color. In other words it doesn't change based on the background anymore and also I can't choose another option und...

Administrators and authors can create a Variant of an existing Theme.

The Variant allows for changing the look and feel or branding aspects of the Theme. A Variant does not allow for changes to the functional aspects of the theme, such as what is displayed on the navigation bars or the options available under the menu.
