The Options and Style tabs have a number of design options for the Button element as a whole. You can change the toggle Options, add Icons and text to the Label, and adjust the Padding / Size of the Button, Shape, and Color. Under Padding/Size Select Option 4.

Steps to set up a Show Action where the learner will click on a button to show another element on the Page.
This exampe uses a Button but any element can be set up as the item the learner will interact with, including text elements, image elements and more.
Similarly, this example Shows an image element but any element can be selected as the Target of the Show Action. You can also select multiple elements as targets, to Show more than one thing at a time.
I am trying to figure out if you can create a custom accordion/slider effect where you have 3 or 4 narrow rectangles that cover from top to bottom of screen on one side of page and with separate clicks move one at a time to the other side of the page, revealing different information between them as once they have completed their moves.
