Steps to invite and assign a new Reviewer to your course.

Step 1

Select Review.

Step 2

The Review panel opens.

Select Assign Reviewers.

Step 3

Reviewers can be assigned as a Team or as individual Reviewers. For this activity we'll assign an individual Reviewer.

Select + Add Users.

Step 4

There are filters available to help you find Reviewers who have already been invited to your dominknow | ONE site.

To invite a new Reviewer, select Invite Users.

Step 5

The Invite Users panel opens. You can add up to eight email addresses in the Emails field.

Select the Emails field and we'll add an email address for you.

Step 6

Ensure the Role drop down list is set for Reviewer. You can use the Teams list to add the new Reviewer to a Team, if any have been set up.

Select Add.

Step 7

The reviewer is added to the invitation list.

Select Invite All.

Step 8

On the confirmation screen, select Done.

Step 9

The new Reviewer is shown on the Add Users panel.

Select Ok.

Step 10

On the Assign Reviewers panel, the new reviewer is shown in the Directly Assigned Users list. They show as a Pending Invite because they haven't completed thier first log in yet.

Select Ok.

Step 11

Select Review.

Step 12

The newly-assigned Reviewer's avatar is shown under the Current reviewers assigned list. The avatar won't show the reviewer's initials until the reviewer has logged in and set up their reviewer account. You can roll over the avatar circle and the associated email address will be shown.

Steps to invite a reviewer then assign them to review the currently-opened project.

Steps to add a new Team from the Manage Teams panel and then assign members to the new Team.

Is there a way to open a Target page in a new browser window? I see "custom" protocol in the options, but not sure what to do from there.
I see these instructions for an external site...thought maybe the solution would be similar. Thanks in advance for your help.

Steps to assign an Author to a Project so the Author can edit it.

Steps to assign Content to a Team.

You can assign the Team to individual Projects as well as Collections of Projects.
The Team can be assigned as For Review, in which case all Team members are assigned for reviewing the Project or For Authoring, in which case Authors are assigned for authoring and Reviewers are not assigned
