Steps to add Labels over an Image Element.
(This lesson is for the 7.4.6.0 release.)

Select the image element.
Click the continue button:

It will be boxed in purple, and the element control icons will be shown.
Select the + icon.
Click the continue button:

The Add Elements on Top panel will open.
Select Label.
Click the continue button:

A default-styled label will be added on top of the image. Select the Edit (pencil) icon.
Click the continue button:

Select the text field and we'll add text for this exercise.

Select Center Alignment on the text editing mini-toolbar.
Click the continue button:

Select Options on the Ribbon.

Select the first Variation option, which doesn't include an icon.

Select Fill.
Click the continue button:

Select the darkest blue color.
Click the continue button:

Select and drag the handle at the end of the label to adjust the size.
Click the continue button:

Release the handle to set the new size.
Click the continue button:

Now that we're finished editing and setting up the label, click anywhere else on the image to save the changes.

Select the label and drag it to its location under the Botnets portion of the image.

Releasing the label sets it in the new location.

If you have another label to add, you can select Label once more from the Add Elements on Top panel.
Select outside the image to finish.
Click the continue button:

The label is added as a layer within the image element. If you move the element on the page, the label will move as well and remain in its location above the image.
