what is the video file size limit

We had finished up a project for a client and when sending over the final SCORM packaged file we ran into the issue of our file size being to large to upload into their LMS. Our file size was 1.6 GB assuming the size is due to the fact that we have 44 videos uploaded into it. Is there a way for us to decrease the file size easily or have any suggestions? I was wondering if it was possible to add a video file into a Timeline panel. I noticed that there was only the option for embedded videos. Is that the only option?  

If I'm using the page variable 'Is Complete' to stop people advancing to the next page until they have completed all content on a page, is there a way to show them which elements are still incomplete when they click the locked 'Next Page' button e.g. is there a variable to enable setting an action like:   On Click > Condition: Variable 'Is Complete' != true > Show Pop Up > "You have not completed {{Incomplete Elements}}  

Hi there ... I've had to rebuild a page several times now, and I'm wondering if I'm going about things the wrong way.
