Marker Limit Exceeded?

Hi there ... I've had to rebuild a page several times now, and I'm wondering if I'm going about things the wrong way. It's a flow, with a title, a line of text, a graphic with 17 markers that each have a text block and two triggers, and a line of text at the end.

 

I can't seem to uniquely identify each marker for triggers, so there's a fair bit of trial and error ... and now I'm having to change the trigger action from right-click to double-click, and the whole page imploded. The graphic and all markers disappeared even from the edit window.
 
Am I pushing the limit of markers on a page? This doesn't seem too sophisticated, but others need to be able to edit content for future changes. Can we develop this content using a text editor and some script language? Other suggestions?

Let's get this to our support team, we'll definitely want them to dig into what might have happened to you r page as you worked on it.

Thanks, Chris! How can I get the content to your support team? Does our site admin need to do something, or is there a method I can use to export and send? I have several variations in various states ;)

We are preparing to use the story view template for our tutorials. Is there a certain time length you recommend we don't exceed with these? The chapters and sections on the side make it easy to separate information out, but curious if there is a limit for how much we put in there.

Same as this:  https://community.dominknow.com/question/Unlocking-pages-99a5072 no option to force an edit, and I cannot find instructions on how to unlock the page or the project (if that's what is happening). Also, no avatar/badge showing who has the page locked Help? TIA

Font style rendering issues between operating systems

I am having trouble getting font style (specifically bolding) to show up consistently between operating systems. On Windows, the bolded font displays correctly. On Mac, however, the bolding is missing. The font is also switching to from Verdana to Times New Roman and another undefined font on Mac when I’ve selected “Theme Base Font”. I’m using Chrome for both operating systems.

Engage tabsets marked as viewed

Is there a way to remove the checkmark that appears next to the first option in tabsets? The first option is check-marked even before it has been opened. It should only be checked after the tab has been opened. I have set it to display unopened. Flow project.

Quiz question "Try Again" button not displaying correctly

I have noticed a technical issue with the display of the "Try Again" button in Flow quiz questions when viewed in mobile phone mode. The button is cut off and only partially appears. Is there a way to fix this?

What is the best way to save content out of Articulate to transfer to DominKnow

I am a new customer and ending our contract with Articulate. Any suggestions on how to save content from Articulate and get into dominKnow?  My company will not pay for the automated service by dominKnow so I need to know how to do it myself.  Thank you

Master page setup

I would like to have a small horizontal bar appear along the top and bottom of each screen in my project. They will be in the colours of the theme that the client has chosen for the look and feel of the course. Is there a way to insert these items somewhere on a master page so that I don't have to manually add them to each page?
