You can check in all pages in a Project, Module or Learning Object in a single step.
The process is different than using Commit for individual pages in that it only changes the check in/edit status of the pages, it does not create new thumbnails and Versions of the pages.
It does save time if you need to allow others to edit the pages or need to have edit access to them all yourself, compared to commiting every page individually.
NOTE: This option is only available when you have the left...
I'm receiving a Locked Page messge when commiting my page. This page is being edited by someone who is not logged in. Do you want to force edit?
I have a lot of steps in a capture I created, and I want to move some of them around and delete other redundant captures. But I can't seem to do this on scale, I have to manually delete one step at a time and drag one step at a time around.
Is there any way I can select multiple steps at once and delete or move them around?
I do not see anywhere to access a pre-assesment other than activating it through the publishing profile. I would like to add instructions on taking it before it is offered.
I am using the Course Player theme. I need all course pages to show on the initial menu, rather than having to select Outline > Course Page, but the theme doesn't allow any changes to that menu item. It does offer several custom menu items I can add, however, it doesn't seem to allow me to choose course pages as the destinations, just URLs.
Is there a way to edit the Outline menu option, or use the custom menu options to point to the pages inside the course to bypass the Outline menu ...
Is there a way I can make all the pages in a storyline theme accessible straight away? Currently you need to view them in a linear order, but I want people to be able to jump around as they want.
You can edit the local file stored on your computer, but generally it's a better practice to edit the file stored in the Media Library
