Steps to synchronize Show events to an audio narration file using the Timeline.

00:00 In order to use the Timeline to synchronize events to an audio file the file must be set as Narration.
To confirm this, select the audio file on the stage.
00:04 Select the Options tab.
00:08 On the Options tab you can see the Set as Narration button has been selected.
Select the Timeline tab below the Stage.
00:12 Select the blue bar beside the first image.
00:16 The bar turns dark blue. It also now shows handles at both ends as well as a pencil icon at the left end.
Select the handle at the left end and drag it to the 1-second mark.
00:20 This sets the image to appear at 1.0 seconds, based on the audio file.
00:24 Select the pencil icon.
00:28 Select the Entrance Effect drop down list.
00:32 Select Slide.
00:36 Select the Up icon to set the direction of the Slide entrance effect.
Leave the Duration set at 0.5 - this is how long the Slide effect will take to complete.
00:40 Select Apply.
00:44 Select the blue bar beside the second image.
00:48 Select the handle at the left end and drag it to the 2-second mark.
00:52 This sets the image to appear at 2.0 seconds, based on the audio file.
00:56 Select the pencil icon.
01:00 Select the Entrance Effect drop down list.

01:08 Select the Up icon to set the direction of the Slide entrance effect.
Leave the Duration set at 0.5.

01:16 Select the blue bar beside the third image.
01:20 Select the handle at the left end and drag it to the 3-second mark.
01:24 This sets the image to appear at 3.0 seconds, based on the audio file.
01:28 Select the pencil icon.
01:32 Select the Entrance Effect drop down list.
01:36 Select Slide.
01:40 Select the Up icon to set the direction of the Slide entrance effect.
Leave the Duration set at 0.5.
01:44 Select Apply.
01:48 You can check your settings by using the Play button on theTimeline panel or by doing a Current Page Preview.
