Is DominKnow One having technical issues right now?

I am having trouble getting font style (specifically bolding) to show up consistently between operating systems. On Windows, the bolded font displays correctly. On Mac, however, the bolding is missing. The font is also switching to from Verdana to Times New Roman and another undefined font on Mac when I’ve selected “Theme Base Font”. I’m using Chrome for both operating systems. 

Does anyone have any suggestions to help with fixing the zooming in on the simulation in Capture? Why is there not an option to add a hotspot to the last step in a scene? Whenever I draw a box or a circle around an object in a step in never shows up when I publish the scene into Flow. Please help!

I am trying to find a visual decoder-key to different sections or parts of DominKnow. Short of a thesaurus, I am having issues searching/finding the right name of something when I "Ask Question" in "Search Projects". I came off of a different LCMS, so what I call 'sequencing', DomoniKnow calls 'branching'... Where can find an illustration of the components of the authoring tool? Please help    

What player/theme supports right to left languages (Arabic)?   Thanks  

I created a module in the platform before the update to DominKnow One that had drag and drop questions in it. I've copied those question pages into a new layout since and they don't seem to be working now. I've compared my settings and they are the same as the previous project (nothing looks wrong) but when I go to drag the elements into the drop target, it's like a magnet rejecting the same pole.  Is anyone having this issue? I've also tried restarting DK One.  Thanks in advance! Kim  

Here is the scenario that I need to create in Flow. The learner clicks an audio icon to launch an audio recording of two people having a conversation. Each is represented by an avatar on the screen. As the recording runs, the text of their conversation appears in text bubbles associated with their respective avatars. Is it possible to create a scenario to function like this?
