Re-Import Translated XML/XLS File?

The translation import file is intended to be used once because it's tied to the translation process.
If you want to make batch text changes after that import you can use the "non-translation" text import and import options.
To export the text:
- When editing the project, select the Application Menu
- Select Export
- Select either Text as Excel or Text as XML
- On the dialog box confirm the export settings then select Export
The Excel/XML file will be downloaded.
When working with this file you only need to provide replacement text for items that need replacing/updating. Any items left blank will be left alone when you import the file back in. So if you need to only update 5 text elements, you only need to add replacement text for those 5.
To import the completed file:
- Select the Application Menu
- Select Import
- Select either Text as Excel or Text as XML (based on the file type you previously exported)
- On the dialog box browse to the file then select Upload
This export/import option is also helpful for doing text updates in general as a batch, it doesn't need to be a course that's been translated.
