I know you can edit the steps in Capture and I've tried several times. But I am not able to capture in Capture keyboard commands, such as SHIFT + CTRL + arrow key.  My aim is to make a capture simulation where the learner practices keyboard commands in the Capture. So, for example I want the learner to practice selecting all the data on Excel sheet. The question is: select the multiple rows and columns using what keyboard command? I've recorded a large (95 slide) software simulation using capture, and its not uploading into Domknow. I click Share- for authoring, then when ready, I drag into the Domiknow page.  I get a status bar, and when complete, I'm back at Domiknow in the project. The Page says :"Drag your new published capture anywhere into this placeholder."      

Hi, I was wondering if there is a way to change the font style of the text within the pulldown box? So far I the answer and the surrounding text is taking on the theme font size, however the rest of the options seem to be significantly smaller   https://ibb.co/Q848NYR

Hello. I have a course that needs to be translated. This is being done by an outside vendor who has their own license of dominKnow. When I try to add them as an author/translator I get the message "no seats available." What do I need to do to give them access to this particular course so they can add the translation? Thanks in advance  

I'm unable to change a viewport breakpoint using the "change at" feature as it simply doesn't appear. Is this a function of my trial copy?  

Hey,  We are using the review feature in Dominknow but we've come up to a slight issue. When one of our reviewers leaves a comment on the page or element, and then somone else comments on that comment, they get sent an email notification. We have projects where people may leave a lot of comments, so this constant notification and email is becoming a problem for our reviewers. 
Is there any way we can turn off comment reply notifications for a project, or selectivley turn off notificatio...

The Keyboard Sequential Override (CTRL + ALT + F) works fine for PC users however one of our reviewers is on a MAC and they cannot use this key sequence (no ALT button). They tried using CTRL + CMD + F however this does not seem to work either. Is there a key sequence for MAC users?
