Why does my Learning Object not show in my table of contents?

For some reason my LO titles are not showing up in my table of contents, and I would like to make them show. How do I do this?

One thing to check are the settings in the Theme.

Many Themes have a setting to show/not show Learning Object titles (as well as Page titles) in the course outline/menu/TOC.

Why can't I access some of my projects to share pages between projects?

I have been importing .ppt pages into a temporary project to later import to my main project.  However, when I attempt to copy a page from an existing project "Copy From A Project", the temporary project that I used to import the .ppt does not show up in any searches.  Please help.  Thanks.

What does it mean when you hover over a learning object in the Outline in the authoring tool and a popup message displays, "Not checked out"?

When taking the course assessment, I'm given some questions from each learning object but two of the learning objects show a score of N/A despite answering questions and receiving a score. What does this mean?
