Make the screen reader ignore the menu

Hi  Is there a way to alter the default menu options? I.e. I'd like to remove the glossary and resource options from the menu.  Thanks Stephen  

When taking the course assessment, I'm given some questions from each learning object but two of the learning objects show a score of N/A despite answering questions and receiving a score. What does this mean?

Is there a way to remove the numbering from the course pages in the outline (using the course player experience)? I've removed the learning objects. The numbering doesn't help with navigation and it doesn't make for a good screen reader experience.  

What's the best practice advice for ensuring glossary terms within a page are accessible to those using assistive technology? When I add a glossary term to a word, the screen reader will read the word as a link and then you can use the keyboard to open that glossary text box. 1) I want to be able to disable each page on the PLAYER menu until the learner interacts or completes all the content on the existing page before moving forward, similar to sequential order; except, I want all the pages DISABLED on the player until the learner interacts with the information on that given page.

I have a Audio Narration and i have timed the text/elements to the audio, Now i want to play the audio and animation when the user click on the button which is on screen? 

We have created a course with two modules. When the learner clicks the button to jump to the second branch, the system adds checkmarks to the pages in the other learning object to indicate the learner doesn't need to review it. However, when the learner clicks the button to jump to the first branch, the system doesn't do this.
