Video CC Text on Androids

I have a video in my Flow course that has an uploaded .vtt file for closed captioning. It works great on a desktop, but there's no cc text option on a phone....just the transcript. Is there a setting to allow the cc text on a phone?  Thanks  

When I change the title text to white using the editor for all device sizes, why does it keep changing to grey for Mobile only? How can I fix this?

1. In my project we have a bunch of different modules with many different videos and right now we have the player controls hidden so that a user can't skip ahead. But we are wondering is Is there an option to include a per-module “timer” somewhere from within the platform?  Like since we hide the controls we also hide the timer. Hi, i am trying to embedd a video using an embedd code but is there a way to have a button trigger the embbeded video to play and pause?   

When entering text in Test Me mode in Capture, if you move the mouse by accident it marks the text as incomplete and grades the step as wrong. Is there a way of switching this off?
