You can use the Insert tab to add many different types of content. Under the Buttons option you can add a pre-coded Take Test button.
By simply adding this to any page in your project you are giving your users the ability to opt out of viewing the content and go directly to taking the test.
You need to double-check your Publishing Profile and make sure that the Completion is set to "Testing Only".
If you use the setting Learning/Testing, the user will be required to view all of the learning content and pass the test before the course will be marked complete in the LMS.

I see under Imports the option to import test questions from Excel, but it is greyed out. How do I activate/allow this in a flow course?
I'm creating a course with conditions: My stakeholders want to have a pre-test to partially test out of certain modules in the project (3 of the 8 modules with tests would still be required to be watched) and have test questions at the end of each module with a project pass score of 70%.
