Create a course with multiple modules. Each module will generate a module score. For xAPI select the module and provide it with the proper name and description.

Click on the selection button to select the module properties.

Click on Module Properties

In the right flyout, edit Module Title and Description providing appropriate details.

Click on Update to save the results and then repeat this process for your other modules.

Now click on Masters to edit the Master pages and the Default Module Summary.

Select Default Module Summary to pick a template.

Click New From Template

From the templates select one that best matches your needs.

Click Insert to replace the default Module Summary page with a customizeable page.

Click Interact to add an xAPI statement action.

Click is Loaded to trigger the action when the page is loaded.

Click Functions and Variables to get the Set xAPI option.

Click Send xAPI Statement

Fill out the options in the right flyout selecting the Verb, entering a URI, select Type and putting a Name and Description in. In Response, right click and select Current Module Post Score to send the module score.

Once you have filled in the desired items in the right flyout, click Apply to add the action. As this action is now the End of Module screen for all of your modules, it will send send the current module score to your LRS when the user finishes each module test.

I'm creating a course with conditions: My stakeholders want to have a pre-test to partially test out of certain modules in the project (3 of the 8 modules with tests would still be required to be watched) and have test questions at the end of each module with a project pass score of 70%.
The pre-test test out option wouldn't work in this situation since there are modules that are required to be watched/completed.

When you create a Project, the default Pass Score setting is 80%.

You can change this on the Project Properties panel when you are editing the Project.

Set a custom weight for a test question

By default, each test question has a weight of 10 points.

This weight (points) is used to calculate the learner's score as a percentage to determine the test score which is sent to the LMS (in the case of a SCORM, AICC or xAPI package).

You can set custom Weighting for individual test questions according to the level of importance you determine the question should have in the overall marking scheme.

Send text input and practice question answers to LMS with xAPI

Hello,
I have a module where there are a number of text inputs and practice questions (no formal quizzing), however they would like to record these responses in their xAPI supported LMS (no external LRS). In the publish settings, it looks like you can only send xAPI statemtents using the scored quizzing. 
Is there a way for me to send the responses to text inputs and practice questions to their LMS?
