Can you tell me who or what resets a course if a learner does not pass the testing after 3 attempts?

I'm assuming you are speaking to a course launched in an LMS. Unfortunately that is not something the course can control. Most LMSes have a way to "reset" the registration that would then allow them to come back into the course fresh. Or the process might be that you then register the user for the "Test 2" version of the course so you keep their fail record tracked and then they take the follow up test.

Hi,   I have a end of module assessment including 10 test questions. The client has requested that we include a back button so users can go back to the previous question and attempt it again (before getting to the end of the test). Going back to the previous question page it can be reattempted, however only the first recorded - ie if they answer incorrectly the first time and then go back and answer correctly the second time the system is still marking the question as incorrect. Embed an Assessment

I have an assessment that I created in another platform that I want to embed in dominKNow instead of re-creating the entire assessment. I know that I can link to it, but I want the learner to engage with my dominKnow content and take the assessment from another platform on the same page in dominKnow.  Is this possible? If so, how can I do it?

Word formatting into Domiknow

Hi,  I have a lot of stylised text in a word document that I want to paste over into Domiknow.  Bolding, underlying, hyperlinks and some superscripted numbers. Is there any way anyone knows of that I can get all this into Domiknow, without having to manually re-style everything?

Not uploading capture into Domiknow

I've recorded a large (95 slide) software simulation using capture, and its not uploading into Domknow. I click Share- for authoring, then when ready, I drag into the Domiknow page.  I get a status bar, and when complete, I'm back at Domiknow in the project. The Page says :"Drag your new published capture anywhere into this placeholder."

Hi,  I have a client who wants to upload a flow project to Sharepoint. I'm not 100% on the technical side of this, so I've a few questions:  1. Is this possible?  2. Can they have it so their users progress is recorded?  3. What type of publishing profile or output is required from Dominknow to make it work?

Illustration or Explanation of different items on DominKnow

I am trying to find a visual decoder-key to different sections or parts of DominKnow. Short of a thesaurus, I am having issues searching/finding the right name of something when I "Ask Question" in "Search Projects". I came off of a different LCMS, so what I call 'sequencing', DomoniKnow calls 'branching'... Where can find an illustration of the components of the authoring tool? Please help
