Resource Link - Find Location in Course?

Some Themes have the capability to view the Resources (including both documents and links) which is nice because the system automatically compiles them.

Is there a way to find out what page the link is coming from though? Perhaps via a report or something else that I'm missing?

This would be useful if someone reports a broken link found within the resources menu, but we dont know what slide that link is on. It would also help us find links that we possibly forgot to add a title to (and therefore are showing empty) or links that we have in more than one place (and are showing duplicated).

For the links that are added manually as added resources, you can see those under the current course -> add resources. For links that were added as actions/triggers (which by default show up as resources), we are working on a new report Embedded Media and External Links that would provide this type of information. For options on when that might be available for your group, please reach out to your dominKnow Customer Success Manager.

Link to documents in Resource library

I have uploaded documents into the Course Resource Manager. Inside the course I have links to the documents. Some documents open while others download without opening. In all the links I created I selected the "New Window" as the option in which to open them. This happens with files of the same format. For example, one Word document opens in Word while the other one just downloads. I need to create a consistent learner experience. Are there any other settings that I have missed?

Upload resource? Add resource link to text?

I'm trying to 1.) upload a PDF resource, and 2.) add a link to that resource in a richtext box. I keep trying to upload the PDF, but it won't appear in my project's assets, even in the same dialog I'm using to upload it. It's like it's just ignoring the PDF. But even if I could get that to work, I can't find any information about how to add a text link to document resources. Is that explained anywhere?

Can't find a course. I set it to Offline/retired

Hi,  I accedentially set a course to status: Offline/retired.  Now when I try to find it in My creations I can't seem to see it.  Any way I can find the module?

Flow - Mark Course Complete

Hello, Just wondering if I can mark a course complete through an action (or other method). In the moduel I've made, there is no formal test and learners will not view every page. On the last page of the module, I was planning to simply mark the module complete with an action, but I can't seem to find a trigger for this.   Thanks!   Derek

Would someone be able to provide steps to delete a resource in a current file and replace in the course with a customized one? I have uploaded the new document but not sure how to replace within my course.

Find and Replace text

I  have a large project and will soon need to replace specific words with new words. is there a way of doing a find and replace at project level .  EG find Fred  replace with George that will check all test elements and where Fred is found replace it with George       IF not is the only way to check each text element individually ?

Hi there ...   I see that when I create a glossary term, I can choose to add it to the site's Global Glossary and/or if the project is part of a Collection (or more than one Collection) I can add it to the Collection glossaries. What if I don't select either option? Where can I learn more about the object structure when using LOs? I am trying to create some baseline content ... can I have an LO at the project level? Or does the project need to be a course, have a module, and then an LO for me to move LO content to a new project (at the course level)?  Can I commit content per LO, or must it be per-page?
