Survey for learner feedback

How do I set up an assessment question to use the colored feedback options from the theme? I want the correct choices to have the green outline/checkmark and the incorrect choices to have the red outline/X, but not reveal the correct answer because we allow multiple attempts on our assessments. Currently, the only feedback I can get it text based feedback. Nothing I change on a Test question allows the theme colors to work properly.  

How would you suggest doing a forced ranking of 5 items? I thought to use the number input boxes but not sure how to ensure that 1 unique number gets put in each box--instead of all 1's etc. We also need to track these rank/numbers per item via xAPI.  

I have a test where learners will need to indicate if they Always, Often, Sometimes, Rarely, or Never do an action.  I want to give different weights to the different answers.  For example, for question 1: Always=10pts, Often=8pts, Sometimes=5pts, Rarely=2pts and Never=0pts For statement/question 2 it may be something like this: Always=0pts, Often=2pts, Sometimes=5pts, Rarely=8pts and Never=10pts

Is it possible to have a learner record their own voice using a mic or headset w/ mic in a DominKnow course? Or would this require and outside tool?  

Hello there - we've been getting some complaints about the number of clicks it takes to get through a Practice Question. Is there a setting that allows the feedback to be instant (eliminating a submit button, which to me would not be logical) - or to automatically advance the page after the feedback popup is closed? Tried adding an action on the default submit to go to the next page... would be great if there were something that would trigger that on popup close. I think we could customize so...

We have set our end of WBT assessment so that a learner has get 100% to pass out the module. They can retake the assessment as many times as needed to get 100%. Each time they take the assessment they a get a new randomized set of 5 questions from a ppol of 15 questions. Once they get 100% the data captured is the # of attempts taken to get 100%. Hi guys, I am creating a solution for our students to get a space to write and reflect on what they have learnt. Not that anyone will check it, it is just to allow this reflection. But I can see only the Exercise part where you get a summit buttom. Is there any other wat that you know about on how to get this kind of result? Can I delete / dissable somehow the Summnit buttom?   Thank you guys Andres
