When you are do a Full Project Preview during authoring or when a Reviewer is viewing a Project, the Preview browser includes a drop-down menu that lets you switch between the different Publish Target options used in the Project. Choosing from the list will re-load the full project to show the content based on the drop-down choice.
The Publish Targets drop-down list is available in the top bar:
